This group contains provisioned attributes which specify the default
Performance Monitoring (PM) measurements, namely, Cell Loss
Ratio (CLR) and Availability Ratio (AR), and control modes for all
AtmIf Vcc and AtmIf Vpc connections on the ATM interface.
