This attribute specifies the minimum queue limit for the per-VC queues of connections of the nrt-VBR service category. The queue limit of a per-VC queue is obtained by scaling down the txQueueLimit based on the shaping rate of that queue (shaping rate for the connection, and for standard Vpt Vccs, the shaping rate of the Vpt). This produces a constant delay for various queue lengths. The txQueueLimit provides an upper bound while minPerVcQueueLimit provides the lower bound. The value of this attribute must not be greater than the value of the txQueueLimit attribute. If this service category is used by Trunks the value of minPerVcQueueLimit must be at least 88. On CQC-based ATM cards, this attribute must be set to the same value for CA NrtVbr, Abr and Ubr components. This attribute does not apply for the 1pOC12SmLrAtm and 1pOC48SmSrAtm cards, since per-VC queueing is not available. This attribute is used as the default minPerVcQueueLimit for all standard Vpts, regardless of their atmServiceCategory. This attribute does not apply to basic Vpts.
