This attribute displays the Cell Loss Ratio (CLR) measurement
status of the connection.
inactive indicates the test is inactive.
activating indicates the test is activating.
active indicates the test is in progress
activationFailed indicates the test failed to be activated. Refer to
the failureCause attribute for failure cause.
