This attribute specifies the set of Performance Monitoring (PM)
measurements on the link side configuration for the connection.
sameAsInterface means that the measurements specified by the
segLinkSideMeasurement attribute of the AtmIf Pm component will
be performed. No other values may be specified if sameAsInterface
is selected. If the value is empty, no link side PM measurements are
done.
