This attribute specifies the set of Performance Monitoring (PM)
measurements on the switch side configuration for the connection.
sameAsInterface means that the measurements specified by the
segSwitchSideMeasurement attribute of the AtmIf Pm component
will be performed. No other values may be specified if
sameAsInterface is selected. If the value is empty, no switch side
PM measurements are done.
