This attribute specifies the control mode of Performance Monitoring
(PM) measurements for the connection.
autoStart means that PM activation procedures will start when the
provisioned data is activated.
onDemand means that PM activation procedures will start when the
operator issues the START command. The PM measurements in this
mode will continue until the operator issues the STOP command.
sameAsInterface means that the behavior will be as specified by the
controlMode attribute of the AtmIf Pm component.
