This attribute counts the number of errored, invalid or missing IMA
Control Protocol (ICP) cells during non-SES (Severely Errored
Second) and non-UAS (Unavailable Seconds) conditions.
This attribute will always have a value of 0 if the protocol for the
IMA group is proprietary.
