This attribute counts the octets received on the DPRS MCS Switched Path for each discard priority. This attribute is a vector with four entries. Each vector entry is a counter indexed by one of four discard priorities, namely, discard priority 0 (dp0), discard priority 1 (dp1), discard priority 2 (dp2), or discard priority 3 (dp3). Each entry (counter) wraps around to zero when the maximum value is exceeded.
