This attribute counts packets received on the DPRS MCS Switched Path for each discard priority that have been discarded at the transport card due to congestion at the access card. This attribute is a vector with four entries. Each vector entry is a counter indexed by one of four discard priorities, namely, discard priority 0 (dp0), discard priority 1 (dp1), discard priority 2 (dp2), or discard priority 3 (dp3). Each entry (counter) wraps around to zero when the maximum value is exceeded.
