This attribute indicates the reason for the failure of the last Frame
Relay service connection's attempt at call admission.
none indicates that there has been no call admission failure.
noBandwidthAvailable indicates that there was insufficient
effectiveBandwidthAvailable to admit the Frame Relay service
connection.
maxSvcExceeded indicates that an SVC was attempting to reserve
more bandwidth than that specified by maximumSvcBandwidth
attribute.
maxPvcExceeded indicates that an SVC was attempting to reserve
more bandwidth than that specified by maximumPvcBandwidth
attribute.
endPointCacUnavailable indicates that the End Point was not in a
state in which it could process the call admission request. The
Frame Relay service should attempt call admission again after a
suitable backoff period.
maxConsExceeded indicates that 512 call admission connections
have already been accepted on this End Point.
