This attribute indicates the largest amount of PVC bandwidth
allowed to be reserved for a single Frame Relay service connection
using the switched path. For the originating End Point this is the
value specified by the forwardMaximumSvcBw attribute of the Cacd
subcomponent.
For the terminating End Point this is the value specified by the
reverseMaximumSvcBw attribute of the Cacd subcomponent by the
originating End Point at the other end of the switched path.
This value indicates CIR bandwidth when the cacType attribute of
the Cac subcomponent is cir.
This value indicates EIR bandwidth when the cacType attribute of
the Cac subcomponent is eir.
The value of noMaximum for this attribute indicates that this
attribute has either been provisioned not to have a maximum value
or that the cacPolicy is monitored.
