This attribute is used to specify the CAC policy to be used in the
reverse direction.
When this attribute is set to enforced a Frame Relay service
connection will fail call admission if there insufficient
effectiveBandwidth in the reverse direction, the
reverseMaximumSvcBw is exceeded or the reverseMaximumPvcBw
is exceeded. Call admission failure causes the Frame Relay service
connection clear.
When this attribute is set to monitored no Frame Relay service call
is ever rejected.
When this attribute is set to sameAsForward the reverseCacPolicy
is the same as that specified by the forwardCacPolicy attribute.
