This attribute indicates the alarm threshold values that are used at
this end of the switched path.
On the originating end of the switch path these values are those
specified by the forwardAlarmThresholds attribute of the Cacd
subcomponent.
On the terminating end of the switched path these values are those
specified by the reverseAlarmThresholds attribute of the Cacd
subcomponent on the originating end of the switched path
