This attribute indicates why the fabric card has failed. This attribute
is meaningful when the OSI availabilityStatus attribute is set to
failed. Possible values are:
queueFull: The fabric card buffers are full.
notInserted: The fabric card is not inserted.
failedSelfTest: The fabric card has failed its self test.
internalFailure: The fabric card has internal ASIC failure.
notResponding: The fabric card is not responding.
highTemperature: The fabric card is running at high temperature.
powerProblem: The fabric card has a power problem.
fabricStateUnknown: The fabric card is inserted, but it is in an
unknown state.
