This attribute indicates the hardware problems that prevent the
CardPort from using the fabric. It may contain any combination of
the following values.
selfTest: The port has failed its self-test.
crcError: The port has detected too many CRC errors.
signalLoss: The serial link receiver is not receiving a signal.
That is, the electrical connection to the far end transmitter is not
valid.
flowControlViolation: An unacceptable number of flow control
violation errors have occurred.
synchronizationLoss: The serial link's phase or alignment is lost.
Therefore, the port's synchronization is lost.
queueFull: The output queue is full.
syncLoss: The card port has lost synchronization with the fabric
port.
