This attribute indicates the non-hardware problems that prevent the
port from using the associated fabric. It may contain the following
values:
fabricLocked - The fabric card is locked.
fabricDisabled - The fabric card is disabled.
portDisabled - The corresponding fabric port is disabled.
cardNotInserted - The corresponding processor card is not inserted.
