Each processor card has a bus tap on both of the system's secondary
control buses. This indicates the state of each processor card's bus
tap onto the secondary control bus for which clocking is supplied by
this fabric card. Possible values are:
ok - The SCB is operational.
hardwareFailure - The bus failed due to an HSCX hardware error.
parityOrCrcErrors - The bus failed due to a CRC error or a parity
error.
timeOutError - The bus failed due to an SSC message time-out.
txOrRxError - The bus failed due to Tx or Rx problems.
pollError - The bus failed an SCB poll.
none - The processor card is not available.
