This attribute specifies, for each application, which version of its
Features and the associated software will be loaded when any of its
Features are selected in an LPT.
A version of the 'base' application must be specified.
All names specified by the user must actually be AV names.
All AVs specified must be compatible with each other.
No more than one version of a single application can be specified
