When this attribute is set to yes, additional Q.933 information
elements are included in the LMI Full Status message to facilitate
CPE PVC parameter configuring.
When set to yes, the Check Prov command fails if the Lmi side is
not set to network.
When set to yes, Check Prov fails if the number of DLCIs on the
FrUni is greater than 300.
If the service is not a FrUni this attribute is ignored.
