This attribute counts the number of Local Management Interface
protocol errors. It is the sum of the sequence (sequenceErrors),
timeout (pollingVerifTimeouts) and too many status enquiry
messages received within the messageCountTimer (nT3) errors. The
too many status enquiries error only applies when lmiProcedures is
set to vendorForum. When the maximum count is exceeded it
wraps to zero.
