This attribute indicates the Maximum Burst Size (MBS) of the
ATM VCC to which this interworking function is linked for high
priority cells (with CLP=0).
The mbs0 is derived from the remote end traffic parameters using
the conversion policy of the transferPriorityMapping.
For NPVCs, this attribute is not displayed.
