If enabled(1), rules dynamically created will set
etsysPolicyRuleAuditSyslogEnable to enabled. If
disabled(2) a dynamically created rule will have
etsysPolicyRuleAuditSyslogEnable set to disabled.
The agent may optionally implement this leaf as read-only.
