The value of tBgpPeerNgMaxPrefix specifies the maximum
number of routes that can be learned from this peer.
A value of zero specifies that there is no limit to the number of
routes learned.
The tBgpMaxNgPrefixThreshReached notification is sent when
the number of routes exceeds a percentage of this limit as
specified by tBgpPeerNgMaxPrefixThreshold.
If the number of routes exceeds this limit, then
BGP peering will be disabled and the tBgpMaxNgPrefix100
notification will be sent.
