This object is meaningful only, and hence is required, if
tTodSuiteParmsApplicObj is set to one of the following values.
ingressIpFilter (0)
ingressIPv6Filter (1)
ingressMacFilter (2)
ingressQosPlcy (3)
egressIpFilter (5)
egressIPv6Filter (6)
egressMacFilter (7)
egressQosPlcy (8)
In all other cases the value of this object will be ignored by the
system. The value cannot be changed after creation.
