The value of sapIngressVlanTranslationId specifies the
VLAN id to be used to overwrite the preserved VLAN id
in the packet.
An 'inconsistentValue' error is returned when an
attempt is made to set the value of
sapIngressVlanTranslationId to other than '-1' and
sapIngressVlanTranslation is not set to 'vlanId'.
