This bit-encoded variable indicates the current alarm
status of a V.35 Nx interface. This variable is encoded
as follows:
CLOCK SLIP ALARM 0x01
PLL ALARM 0x02
ZERO ALARM 0x04
NO EXT CLK ALARM 0x08
Note: There may be multiple bits set based on the current
state of the interface. If a bit is set, then the
corresponding alarm is active.
