Each of the 8 least significant bits are assigned
to a UDP Relay service as follows:
01H - bootp (Not currently allowed)
02H - NBNS
04H - NBDD
08H - Gen1
10H - Gen2
20H - Gen3
40H - Gen4
80H - Gen5
A set bit indicates that packets are being forwarded
to this vlan for the service corresponding to the
bit.
Use bit 15 to indicate that a UDP Relay Service should
be unset and packets should not be forwarded to this
vlan.
