This object identifies the traffic shaper
number on the port.
On each port, there are eight traffic
shapers whose bandwidth are allocated based
on configurabled parameters Cell Delay
Variation (CDV), Peak Cell Rate (PCR),
Sustainable Cell Rate (SCR) and Maximum
Brust Size (MBS).
