This object is used to configure the
Peak Cell Rate of a shaper.
PCR is one of the parameters set to
alter the characteristics of the
cell streams to acquire a desired
QOS objective. It is the maximum
instantaneous cell rate at which the
cell streams are transmited.
PCR must be greater than 0 and not
exceeds the maximum bandwidth of
the physical interface. The bandwidth
of the physical interface is devided
up to 8 shapers, by default, shaper 8
has the highest bandwidth. PCR value
must not exceed the remaining bandwidth
of the interface.
