This variable is a password that allows access to the
agentConfig group. The password is really a community name
that must be used in order to view/modify objects on the
agentConfig group. For obvious reasons, noSuchName error is
returned on a GET/GET-NEXT request (for any object under
agentConfig), unless the community name used is the password.
