The actual state of the DNS resolver. `up' indicates that
the resolver is able to resolve names and addresses. `down'
indicates that the resolver is administratively disabled
from resolving names. `noNameServerDefined' indicates that
the resolver is up, but is unable to resolve names or
addresses because no name servers have been configured.
