Name of the tunnel. For example, Boston-to-LA (site-to-site),
XediaEnginnering (remote client dial-in group), etc. The name
must be unique in the system and it is used as tunnel entry
index. When new tunneling tables are defined (i.e. L2TP, etc.)
the tunnel name still has to be unique in the system.
