For 'siteToSite' tunnels, this object is a copy of
the associated ipsecIfRemoteGateway.
For 'dialinClient' tunnels, this is the 'outer' Internet
address of the client as opposed to the 'inner' enterprise
address which is given by ipsecTunnelRemoteAddress.
