This table lists configuration for static NAT
entries. This table has an expansion dependent
relationship on the cnatConfTable. When an SNMP entity
deletes a conceptual row from the cnatConfTable, then
the corresponding entries are deleted from
cnatConfStaticAddrMapTable.
