This is the maximum number of affinities (high water
mark) concurrently held in the affinity cache since
last time cCasaState transitioned to cCasaEnabled
or since cCasaAffinityCacheHiWtrMrk was reset.
Resetting this object is achieved via setting this
object to 0. Attempting to set this object to any
other value will result in a wrongValue error.
