This variable indicates whether the system
produces the ciscoEnvMonVoltStatusChangeNotif,
ciscoEnvMonTempStatusChangeNotif,
ciscoEnvMonFanStatusChangeNotif and
ciscoEnvMonSuppStatusChangeNotif. A false value will
prevent these notifications from being generated by
this system.
