This object provides an interpretation of why V.90
modulation was not achieved.
noFailure(1) - V.90 was not attempted or it
was successful. The value of cctmXHistoryV90Status
will be notAttempted(1) or success(3) respectively.
clientNonPCM(2) - Client selected a non-PCM
connection due to PSTN properties.
clientFallback(3) - Client was unable to sustain
PCM due to PSTN properties and fellback to a
non-PCM connection.
serverV90Disabled(4) - Client attempted V.90 but
server modem was configured to disable V.90.
