This object indicates the rate of ingress packets
that conforms to the policing rate for traffic belonging
to the classes indicated by the cportQosClassIdLevel1
and cportQosClassIdLevel2 indices.
This object is deprecated for the same reason as
mentioned in cportQosClassEgressStatsTable.
This object can be mapped to cbQosPoliceConformedBitRate
in CISCO-CLASS-BASED-QOS-MIB.
