Entries in this table may be queried, created or
deleted by NMS. Deleting an entry from this table will
cause associated entries in the dependent table
(cddServerPortMetricTable) to be deleted as well. Each
entry in this table is dependent on entries in
cddServerTable. If the associated entry in
cddServerTable that has the same cddServerAddrType and
cddServerAddr values is deleted, the entry in this
table is deleted as well.
