This object is used to create a new row or delete an
existing row in this table.
To create a row, set this object to 'createAndGo' and the
objects cGgsnPlmnAddrRangeFirstIpv6Prefixlen and
cGgsnPlmnAddrRangeLastIpv6Prefixlen should be set to valid
values.
To delete a row, set this object to 'destroy'.
To modify a row, the row needs to be deleted and created fresh
with new values.
