This object is to set the priority of traffic handling
for interactive class. This object can be set only if
the traffic class is set to 'interactive' in
cggsnUmtsQosMapImsSigTrafClass. This object is
deprecated as the IMS is not supported from GGSN release
5.0 onwards.
