If the value is 'true', cd11IfChanSelectChannel
is available for the system to use as its
cd11IfPhyDsssCurrentChannel after scanning for
channel occupancy. If the value is 'false',
cd11IfChanSelectChannel is not available. The
default value is 'true'.
