Each entry represents an incoming line signal definition
for the CAS variant corresponding to the CAS Variant index.
Entries in this table are implicitly created when a CAS
variant file is parsed when an entry is created in the CAS
variant table to add a new variant. Entries are implicitly
removed when the CAS variant associated with these entries
is removed.
