Each entry represents either an add or a delete
VSANs operation for the session identified by the
instance of cspanSourcesVsanCfgSessIndex.
The VSANs to be added (or deleted) are specified by
the values of cspanSourcesVsanCfgVsans2k and
cspanSourcesVsanCfgVsans4k.
