If the corresponding instance of
'cfcFeatureCtrlLastActionResult' has the value
'actionFailed', then this object contains the reason
as to why it failed. Otherwise, the value of this
object is the zero-length string.
cfcFeatureCtrlLastFailureReason object is superseded by
cfcFeatureCtrlLastFailureReason2.
