A cpeExtMainPseEntry contains information about
a particular pethMainPseGroupIndex. An entry is
created by the agent when a main PSE group is added
to the pethMainPseTable. An entry is deleted by the
agent when a main PSE group is removed from the
pethMainPseTable.
