Information about the CLI commands that took effect
during the configuration event pointed by
ccmCLIHistoryEventIndex.
A set of rows in this table having the first
index as ccmHistoryEventIndex will store the
CLI commands entered during the corresponding
configuration event in ccmHistoryEventTable.
An entry will be created in this table only if
the corresponding entry in ccmHistoryEventTable has
a value of 'commandLine' for
ccmHistoryEventCommandSource.
