This table contains statistical data related to
upstream channel bandwidth utilization for every
monitored upstream channel and application bucket.
For every upstream channel that is being monitored,
if an application bucket has been configured in
ccacUsConfigRevTable for that upstream channel, there
will be one entry in this table.
