This table contains the statistical data related to
downstream bandwidth utilization for every monitored
downstream channel and application bucket.
For every downstream channel that is being monitored,
if an application bucket has been configured in
ccacDsConfigRevTable for that downstream channel,
there will be one entry in this table.
