'nam': The network application manager (NAM) logger type

customer intelligent contact management
application solution.
'cicm': The customer intelligent contact manager (CICM)
logger type is installed as part of a customer
instance of an enterprise contact center
application solution. The CICM component manages
contacts routed by the NAM component, distributing
contacts to customer premise peripheral devices or
contact center agents.
